Network Taps

• Fiber shunts replicate network traffic sharing as analysis or monitoring tools. Network shunts do not do full-duplex traffic aggregation
• It mainly sends out two half-duplex network traffic, this can see the rate of full line speed, fiber shunt
• It is a powerless device, it is an optical splitter to share signals so there is no risk of line failure, the fiber shunt is installed
• There will be a minimum network latency of <10ns
• The FTP series supports 10 and 1Gbps rates
• Easy integration with network monitoring switches (for aggregation or filtering)
• Can replace SPAN / Mirror port-Fiber shunt captures all traffic including wrong packets and SPAN may drop packets
• Anti-harsh environment handling is easier to install
