關於Candela及TR-398測試規範
Candela Technology成立於2000年，主要提供測試設備以幫助測試網路設備和應用程序。產品LANforge主要提供WiFi網路測試，其中包含TR-398以及Mesh網路測試，Candela為寬頻論壇BBF（Broadband Forum）組織會員之一，該組織偕同廠商以及實驗室共同制定了室內Wi-Fi的效能測試標準，並在2019年發佈了“首個家庭Wi-Fi性能測試標準’’《TR-398室內Wi-Fi性能測試標準》（簡稱「TR-398」）。
此次架設的 TR-398 測試系統同時包含WiFi 7 流量測試設備、隔離箱、衰減器以及相關配件，能夠模擬現實情境下的 WiFi 效能，包括連線穩定性、覆蓋範圍、RvR、延遲和吞吐量等。
為提供完整的測試服務與架構，我們與Candela合作架設支援軟硬體的測試環境，讓客戶進行 WiFi 效能展示，並提供購買前預測試服務，協助客戶提前了解待測物效能表現。

About Candela and the TR-398 Testing Standard
Founded in 2000, Candela Technologies provides testing equipment to support the evaluation of network devices and applications. Their product, LANforge, offers comprehensive Wi-Fi testing, including TR-398 and mesh network testing. Candela is a member of the Broadband Forum (BBF), which collaborates with manufacturers and laboratories to develop performance testing standards for indoor Wi-Fi. In 2019, the BBF released the first-ever home Wi-Fi performance testing standard, the "TR-398 Indoor Wi-Fi Performance Testing Standard" (referred to as "TR-398").
The newly established TR-398 testing system includes WiFi 7 traffic testing equipment, isolation boxes, attenuators, and related accessories. This setup allows for the simulation of real-world Wi-Fi performance, covering key metrics such as connection stability, coverage, rate vs. range (RvR), latency, and throughput.
To provide a complete testing service and framework, we have partnered with Candela to build a testing environment that supports both hardware and software. This enables clients to conduct Wi-Fi performance demonstrations and offers pre-purchase testing services, helping them gain early insights into the performance of their DUTs.
