The T3DSO4000L-HD oscilloscopes have four and eight channels, both with 12-bit vertical resolution. Analog bandwidth options are 500 MHz, 1 GHz, and 2 GHz. Both offer a maximum sampling rate (ESR) of 10 GSa/s per channel, and a maximum storage capacity of 500 Mpts in single-channel mode. Ideal for ATE systems and other automation applications.

- Sequence mode divides the maximum record length into multiple segments (up to 80,000) based on user-set trigger conditions, with very short dead time between segments to capture qualified events
- History waveform recording function, the maximum recorded waveform length is 80,000 frames
- Automatically measure 50+ parameters with support for histograms, traces, trends, gated measurements, and statistics for math, history, memory, and reference measurements
- 4 math traces (8 Mpts FFT, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, integration, differentiation, square root, etc.) with equation editor support
