The T3DSO3000HD oscilloscope features a four-channel desktop model with analog bandwidth options of 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz and 1 GHz, with 12 bits of vertical resolution per channel. All offer a maximum sampling rate of up to 4 GS/s and a maximum memory of up to 400 Mpts. All serial data triggering and decoding options are standard, as well as power analysis Bode plots and sequence mode capabilities.

- Serial bus trigger and decoder supporting protocols I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CAN FD, FlexRay, I²S, MILSTD-1553B, SENT, Manchester and ARINC429 as standards.

- History waveform recording function, the maximum recorded waveform length is 80,000 frames
- Automatically measure 50+ parameters with support for histograms, traces, trends, and statistics for math, history, and reference measurements
- 4 math traces (4 Mpts FFT, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, integration, differentiation, square root, etc.) with equation editor support
- Hardware-based high-speed average (ERES); Hardware-based high-speed profile test capability, using the Profile Editor tool to create user-defined profiles
- Built-in 50 MHz waveform generator software
